When you purchase an account at a discounted rate, that discount is already considered a promotional offer, and therefore replaces the eligibility for a refund.
Only accounts purchased at the full, standard price qualify for our refund policy. This ensures fairness across all traders and allows us to maintain high-quality support while still offering valuable promotions.
Important Note: If a refund is issued on an eligible account, $14 will be deducted to cover trading platform and hosting costs. This amount is non-refundable and applies to all refunded accounts, regardless of performance.
If you purchase a $100K account for $299 during a sale (regular price: $499), the $200 discount is your benefit, and that account is not eligible for a refund. This policy helps us continue offering discounted pricing while keeping our refund process clear, consistent, and sustainable for all traders.
